Through Regression Therapy—whether past life or current life regression—we get directly to the source of personal challenges or symptoms to understand, address, and transform them. Where we “go” depends on what you need and where the source of your challenge lies. This journey allows access to past lives and suppressed, forgotten, or ignored current-life memories. Through this work, we are able to transmute the influence of past pain into a positive learning experience to unlock current potential.  With recognition and understanding comes healing and growth. The process, made possible through professionally guided hypnotic trance, empowers the best possible version of you.

Heal illness and injury through Regression Therapy.

When faced with illness or injury, many people seek complementary healing to actively manage their own care. Most doctors welcome patients to be both proactive and empowered in addressing their health. Many physical challenges and illnesses are a result of emotional, mental, or spiritual baggage that we have carried with us from childhood or past lives. Regression Therapy is a powerful tool that can help us get to the very source of the challenge, to understand and transform it, and to find the strength within to overcome everything from treatment side effects to the emotions that are stirred when illness or injury becomes a force to be reckoned with. Regression Therapy is also a strong bolster of comfort and understanding in palliative care.

Include Regression Therapy in your recovery plan to ameliorate or heal:

Chronic Pain
Injury
Serious illness

“When you say heal, what do you mean?”

I track measurable symptoms.  When you come to me, we will establish together the emotions related to your personal challenges. We will rank them on a scale of 0-10, 10 being the highest, and we will record frequency and duration. We will track your healing in relation to this scale. Our goal will be to bring your challenge emotion down to zero.

Most sessions take between two and three hours. I advise that you take the day off from work or arrange for a light schedule to give yourself time to process and heal.

Many people find resolution in just one session. The most challenging obstacles can take three or more.

For example, I once worked with a woman who was so depressed that she was unable to drag herself from bed most days. After three very intense, deep sessions, she was not only done with her self-imposed bed rest, but she had decided to follow her dream of taking a new job in a new country. Read my blog post on her journey.

What is therapeutic hypnosis?

Hypnosis is focused attention or intense self focus. There’s no loss of power, control, or free will. Hypnotic trance is like dreaming while you’re awake. Think about how you feel when you’re engrossed in a good book, you’ve lost yourself in a movie, or you’re driving on auto-pilot. These are examples of trance. When you’re in trance, you’re fully conscious, but you tune out what’s going on around you to focus on the subject at hand.

When we’re going about our days, we live by the rule of our conscious minds, with our subconscious working quietly behind the scenes. In hypnosis, we are very relaxed and open to suggestion and increased imagination. In hypnosis, we can directly access our subconscious minds. And when we connect and communicate with the subconscious, we can get some serious work done.

“Will hypnosis work on me?”

It is possible that you are part of the small percentage of people for whom hypnosis is very challenging or unattainable. If you have borderline personality or thought or mood disorders (pre-psychotic or psychotic), this is not the therapy for you. When, however, you are one among the great majority (85 percent of the population) for whom it is viable, here are three guidelines for success:

1. You must want to and believe you can be hypnotized.

2. You must be able to relax.

3. Drugs, alcohol, or excessive caffeine use/ingestion before a session will inhibit your ability to be hypnotized.

If you are anxious about hypnosis or find it challenging to relax into trance, Energy Healing may be for you.

Is Regression Therapy an option for children?

I do not do regression therapy directly with people under the age of 18. If you are interested in help for your child, I will either refer you to a reputable specialized regression therapist who works with children, or we can discuss proxy regression — a unique therapy that I helped pioneer. You may read the paper I co-wrote on proxy regression in the International Journal of Regression Therapy. I do offer counseling and energy work with children and young adults under 18 with parental consent.

Regression Therapy Session Length and Cost

The cost for regression therapy is $125/hour. Sessions last between two and three hours. I bring no session to a close before we resolve that day’s focus. I conduct most regression therapy sessions in my office, though I will consider remote sessions on a case-by-case basis. Please enquire and let’s discuss.
